Frequently asked questions
How does automatic subject tracking work?
Tracking detects faces in sampled frames and smooths the crop movement. It follows the main face; it does not identify who is speaking. Scenes with several people may need manual framing.
What is the blurred background?
When we keep the whole 16:9 frame inside a vertical canvas, we fill the top and bottom with a blurred version of your video — the "pro stock" look you see on Instagram and TikTok. You can also pick a black or solid color background.
Are my videos private?
Your session controls access to videos and transcripts. Files and transcript text are automatically removed about one hour after the last completed processing step. Transcription runs on our server.
What's the difference between the 30-day pack and the subscription?
The 30-day pack is a one-time payment (€9.90) that unlocks everything for 30 days then stops. The monthly subscription (€4.90) renews automatically and is cheaper if you use it every month.
What size and duration limits?
Free: sources up to 10 min and 200 MB, clips up to 60 seconds. Pro: sources up to 60 min and 2 GB, clips up to 10 min. Choose 1080p or 720p exports.
Is there a watermark on my videos?
On the free plan a small make-vertical.com watermark is added at the bottom of the video. It disappears as soon as you go Pro (30-day pack or subscription): your exports are then 100% watermark-free.
Which output formats are available?
9:16 (TikTok / Reels / Shorts), 4:5 (Instagram portrait), 1:1 (square) and 2:3 (Pinterest). Always MP4 H.264 ready to upload.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Open Manage subscription in your account to access the Stripe portal and cancel your subscription.
